PROVIDENCE, RI—April 24, 2007—Axon Labs, Inc. today announced that David P. Dickinson has recently been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company and a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Dickinson has over 25 years of experience in general management, international consumer marketing, product innovation and business development. After starting his career in sales with Procter & Gamble, Mr. Dickinson pursued a classic brand management track with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and with the Arm & Hammer Division of Church & Dwight. As Vice President, Global New Business Development for Mead Johnson Nutritionals Division of Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mr. Dickinson’s multi-functional team was responsible for the creation of Viactiv® Soft Calcium Chews, a highly successful nutraceutical product introduction and segment leader.

Immediately prior to joining Axon, Mr. Dickinson was the Chief Operating Officer of StemCyte, Inc., a global leader in umbilical cord stem cell transplantation and banking, headquartered in both California and Taiwan. Prior to StemCyte, Mr. Dickinson was a Board Director and President & CEO of Pericor Science, a Boston-based biotechnology company.
